Video: Congressional quarrel over consumer protection (cbsnews)

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, a federal agency designed to look
out for the little guy, is supposed to be up and running by July. But, it
still has no director. And, as Whit Johnson reports, Senate Republicans are
threatening to block any nominee.
